Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 0737777 BC Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving complaints.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems and databases.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing financial reports and analyzing expenditure.
    • Process invoices and payments, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Travel and Accommodation
    • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Prepare itineraries and ensure that all travel arrangements are confirmed and up-to-date.
  • Office Maintenance
    • Ensure that the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
