Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 0737777 BC Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving complaints.
- Organizational and Time Management
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems and databases.
- Financial Management
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing financial reports and analyzing expenditure.
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Travel and Accommodation
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare itineraries and ensure that all travel arrangements are confirmed and up-to-date.
- Office Maintenance
- Ensure that the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

- Permanent.
