Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Deejay's Auto Sales & Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, accountability, due diligence, and quick learner.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-44 hour work week. The work language is English.
