Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gateway Newstands. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
