Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely follow-up
- Meet and review sales and product budgets, sales results, and strategic plans
- Provide support to further develop and maintain the sales territory
- Responsible for achievement of sales, product, and market targets
- Gather and compile qualified market feedback
- Follow-up on sales activity with Outside sales representatives
- Co-ordinate and report projects, over preset limits
- Regularly submit feedback to the Purchasing Department
- Complete, submit, and follow-up on quotations
- Develop, review, and document new business opportunities (accounts and products)
- Assist Regional Manager with submissions to ECS Newsletter
- Assist with, and participate in, physical count of company inventories
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English is required (written & verbal)
- 3-5 years of Sales experience (Inside and Outside Sales)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma specializing in Business Administration or equivalent
- Keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency when required
- Dynamic communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- A proven track record of successfully maintaining accounts
- Client-focused, professional, and results-oriented
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, Salesforce experience a great asset
