Job Summary

Rafat General Contracting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and assemble data for periodic and special reports.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 34-hour workweek. The work language is English.
