Job Description

Responsibilities

The Account Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and development for Forest View Hospital. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the hospital, the community, and referring agencies, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to enhance the hospital's brand and image
  • Managing assigned territories and accounts, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources
  • Conducting facility tours and presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the hospital's services and capabilities
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and recommendations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in MedSeries 4/MIDAS/MEDIK, including documentation of daily contacts and account information
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to achieve departmental and facility business development goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Account Manager must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related work experience, with 5-8 years preferred
  • Demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, and knowledge of marketing and sales principles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
  • Competency in computer usage and Microsoft Office suite
