Financial Operations Clerk

The successful applicant will possess a secondary school diploma along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the accounting sector. This role encompasses the preparation of general ledger entries, oversight of accounts receivable and payable, client invoicing, and execution of financial computations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes
  • Issue invoices to clients and manage payment collections
  • Conduct financial calculations and assist in income tax preparation
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Compile and prepare financial statements and reports
Qualifications:
  • High school graduation certificate
  • 2-3 years of pertinent experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking abilities and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional communication capabilities
