Account Manager Role

We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with customers to develop cutting-edge equipment and chemical treatment solutions across diverse industries. You'll be a technical advisor, deeply understanding customer needs and delivering creative solutions that optimize profitability, productivity, and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult on-site, applying innovative technologies to solve water and process treatment needs while prioritizing safety and environmental best practices.
  • Hands-on work with test equipment, chemical feed systems, and other cutting-edge tools.
  • Proactively implement preventative maintenance, optimize operations, and utilize predictive analytics to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share best practices, and drive account growth through creative solutions that delight customers.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in SAGD chemicals applications (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry (or relevant field experience)
  • Ability and willingness to work in diverse environments, from heavy industrial facilities to commercial properties
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight 1-2 days per month
