About the Role:

As an Account Manager at Bradken, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Oil Sands sector within the Mining Mobile Plant group. Your primary responsibility will be to manage account relationships, oversee existing business, and prospect for new opportunities in the mining industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular customer site visits and remote consultations to develop new opportunities and maintain existing business.
  2. Inspect undercarriages, buckets, and GET, providing reports as needed.
  3. Attend equipment installations, monitor product performance, and assist with application optimization.
  4. Achieve budgeted sales and financial targets for the sales region.
  5. Develop and implement customer engagement and key account plans, following the sales process to maximize growth and service.
  6. Submit accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and CRM data.
  7. Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Sales Support, Engineering, and Operations to meet customer needs.
  8. Inform senior management of market changes and contribute to product improvements and new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  1. 3 or more years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in mining.
  2. High level of computer proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems.
  3. Strong time management and organization skills.
  4. Experience with mobile mining equipment, GET, buckets, or undercarriages advantageous.

This is a remote position based in Fort McMurray, AB, CND (Remote). As a strategic thinker, you will optimize sales processes, work towards achieving budgeted sales targets, and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective fulfillment of customer requirements.
