About the role
Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to provide exceptional service throughout the customer's journey. As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, the focus is to discover customer needs, process transactions, and nurture relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Taking a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and listening to understand their requirements
- Processing day-to-day transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Nurturing long-standing relationships and providing personalized service
- Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with technology and introducing clients to mobile banking applications
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of digital banking options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours and contribute to a team-oriented environment
