Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
