We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, managing collections for a portfolio of accounts, and driving results to meet or exceed business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to the collections team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collections Management: Manage collections for a portfolio of accounts, including evaluating delinquent accounts, applying credit holds, and setting targets for collector incentive plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Review and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive results.
- Customer Interaction: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operational and functional stakeholders to improve cash flow KPIs and drive business results.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role within collections/credit.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, good judgment and decision-making/problem-solving skills, and experience with ERP and reporting/analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
