Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Smartworld Infotech solutions inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems, and the ability to provide top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to users on various software applications and technical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new software applications and systems.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, including setup and configuration of equipment.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations for web servers.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
