Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to employees at all levels, including senior executives, by translating and simplifying technical information for non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all infrastructure incidents including desktops, laptops, LAN connectivity, wireless connectivity, and network printers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to employees on the use of technology and software applications.
  • Contribute to special projects, ad-hoc committees, inter-departmental committees, and professional organizations in determining the impact of related projects.
  • Grasp technical concepts quickly and apply learnings based on Global GIT standards. Research new technology and make recommendations to modify Colgate standards.
  • Devise and recommend inventive and creative solutions to solve complex infrastructure problems.
  • Understand and utilize project management methodologies to build and manage project plans for Infrastructure implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business
  • At least 5 years of experience in information technology field Network
  • Google Suite knowledge
  • Advanced English
