- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues that impact business operations.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless technical support.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including users, managers, and executives.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, software releases, and industry developments.
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 36 hours per week.
