Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Fraser Health. As the Lead, Integrated Child and Youth Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of professionals working with children, youth, and families in the Indigenous Integrated Child and Youth (ICY) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of professionals, including coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve program goals.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement program plans and strategies to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Community Engagement and Partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including Indigenous organizations and community groups.
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the community and promote program services.
  • Quality Improvement and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to ensure program excellence.
    • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in nursing, psychology, or social work, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in clinical leadership, program development, and community engagement.
  • Competencies
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional/Technical Capabilities
    • Knowledge of Indigenous cultural practices and beliefs.
    • Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations.
    • Strong understanding of mental health and substance use issues.
