Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Max & Lion Production Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and logistics operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
  • Lead a team of production managers and logistics coordinators to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of production and logistics operations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in production and logistics
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English
