Job Summary

ZYDDER TECHNO SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to lead our organization's operational efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support our strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource management.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
