We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Galaxy Flooring and Renovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish departmental goals and objectives
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Manage and develop a team of middle managers and directors
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior operations role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing priorities
