Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Responsibilities:

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority

Requirements:

* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
* On-site work required
* Strong computer and technology knowledge
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows

Work Environment:
