Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Hunter Express Ltd.

About the Role

The Strategic Operations Director will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior operations role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Experience with MS Office and other business software
