Farm Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Worker to join our team at 1778206 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our farm, including the maintenance of crops, livestock, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Livestock Care: Feed and tend to animals, including grooming and health checks.
- Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Disease Detection: Monitor crops and livestock for signs of disease or health problems, and take corrective action as needed.
- Task Management: Perform a variety of tasks, including greenhouse cleaning, pruning, and harvesting.
As a Farm Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity. You will be required to work overtime as needed, and will be expected to work in a physically demanding role.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
