About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team at Keresturi Farms Ltd. as part of our Farming Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Remove wood and stones from fields to prepare them for planting and cultivation.
  • Assist with hand harvesting of vegetables and fruits, including ginseng.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure healthy growth and high yields.
  • Sort and grade fruits and vegetables to meet quality standards.
  • Perform weeding tasks to prevent crop damage and maintain soil health.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with varying weather conditions. They will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk, as well as handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
