We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Laborer to join our team at 1778206 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our farm operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greenhouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions for our crops.
- Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure maximum yields and quality.
- Animal Care: Feed and tend to animals, including grooming and providing veterinary care as needed.
- Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Agricultural Services: Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting to ensure optimal crop yields.
- Disease Detection: Monitor crops, livestock, and poultry for signs of disease or health problems and take corrective action as needed.
- Tree Management: Budd trees and clean crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
- Vertical Farming: Cultivate crops on vertical farming systems to increase yields and reduce waste.
As a Farm Laborer at 1778206 ONTARIO INC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work overtime as needed to ensure the efficient operation of our farm.
