About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Farm Laborer to join our team at Kegels Ginseng Inc. as a Ginseng Crop Specialist. This is a seasonal position that requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • Clear fields of wood and stones.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • Harvest crops.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Work Environment
