Laborer - Farm Operations

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Marinuk Farms (1994) Ltd. as a key member of our farm operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the technique of hoeing between the row to maintain crop health and prevent weeds from competing with our crops.
- Clear fields of wood and stones to ensure a safe working environment and prevent damage to our equipment.
- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots to optimize our sales and minimize waste.
- Hand harvesting vegetables to ensure high-quality produce and meet the demands of our customers.
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Weeding to prevent weeds from competing with our crops and reduce the need for herbicides.
- Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
- Harvest crops to ensure timely delivery to our customers and meet their demands.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market to ensure we meet our customers' expectations.
As a Laborer at Marinuk Farms (1994) Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet and dusty environments.
Requirements- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision.
