About the Role

Grand & Toy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities (45%)
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients (10%)
  • Closing deals and managing existing customer relationships (5%)
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management (30%)
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management (5%)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance (5%)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is an asset
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
