About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Human Resources & Transformation business unit, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of organizational design, HR management, and human resources development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational design and classification strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide HR management and human resources performance expertise to clients, including HR function organization, HR performance, and continuous process improvement.
  • Design and deliver human resources development programs, including recruitment, career development, skills planning, training, and performance management.
  • Lead digital HR initiatives, including robotization, artificial intelligence, automation, and process optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of future of work strategies, including flexible and dynamic work styles, telecommuting, and skills/knowledge/jobs of the future.
  • Manage projects, including detailed project planning, implementation of processes and mechanisms, monitoring of schedules and budgets, and production of reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project (an asset).
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Located in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
