Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans to ensure effective messaging and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that change management actions are aligned with project deliverables.
  • Participate in project steering committees and provide expert advice on change management best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Recognized training and/or certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, CMS).
  • At least 8 years of experience in change management on major projects.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
  • Proven track record of leading transformational projects with significant change management implications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
