Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team at Pixel Tattoo Toronto. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of spa equipment and machinery
  • Coordinate the cleaning of specialty items and ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support as required
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Organized and team-oriented individual
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
