Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to meet the high standards of our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, storage rooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Current provincial Smart Serve Certification an asset.
