Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices, implementing them as appropriate to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and configuration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
