Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and supporting our information technology infrastructure systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support server and endpoint operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Manage and monitor alerting, inventory, and reporting for endpoint devices and their configuration states.
  • Implement and maintain patching processes and schedules for security hardening.
  • Administer user rights and access to network, data, and application resources.
  • Manage the domain environment, including Active Directory and Entra ID, Group Policy, and Certificates.
  • Maintain and monitor health status and readiness of the backup and disaster recovery environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Assist with project-based IT infrastructure initiatives.
  • Provide second-level support for internal customers and Helpdesk employees.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Systems Administrator or equivalent role.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the information technology field.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or ITIL certifications are an asset.
