Business Development Specialist

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Hush Acoustics as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision makers, and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute market strategies to identify high-potential prospects and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs
* Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers to drive business growth and revenue
* Proactively identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers

**Qualifications**

* 2+ years of sales or account management experience in a business development role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
* Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
