Your Role: In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our clients and financial advisors who reach out for assistance with our offerings. You will report to the Manager of Online Trading and be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive knowledgeable and passionate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries through various communication channels regarding Qtrade Direct Investing (QDI) products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage order flow for online trading from self-directed clients, acting as the primary contact for resolving issues and complaints.
- Stay informed about market trends and news that may influence investment decisions.
- Understand and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Fluent communication skills in English; bilingualism in French is an asset.
- Completion of the Options Licensing Course & Derivatives Fundamentals Course is required within six months of employment.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- Securities registration as an Investment Representative within the last two years is preferred.
