Service Recovery Specialist Role

The Service Recovery Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client service processes. This involves providing day-to-day support in the resolution of service recoveries, which can be related to various products, technical systems, tax implications, and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing data analysis and manipulation support to inform recovery strategies
  • Developing and finalizing communication templates in coordination with the Client Services Operations team
  • Supporting communication campaigns and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Product, AFP, Corporate Tax, Distribution, Legal, and Compliance teams, to ensure recovery strategies align with product intricacies, operational controls, regulatory, compliance, and tax guidelines
  • Reviewing communications to ensure reputational risk is protected and regulatory obligations are met

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a client service/business operations environment, with a strong understanding of multiple platforms and product lines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Access)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to develop partnerships with key business partners
