Job Title: Part-time Scheduling Coordinator

At Paladin Security Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our scheduling program, you will be responsible for managing and developing our scheduling processes to ensure seamless communication between Paladin and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and modify work schedules for Security Officers within Paladin Security.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all scheduling needs are met.
  • Perform various administrative duties and tasks as needed.
  • Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule.
  • Coordinate with Client Service Managers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Ensure schedules are planned to minimize unnecessary overtime.
  • Provide information to staff regarding additional shifts, vacation requests, and shift availability.
Requirements:
  • Educational background or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in scheduling is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to direct, mentor, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Creative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeed.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation.

Prior experience with MS Word, internet, and email is required. InTime Scheduling Engine, MS Excel, and other standard computer applications are assets.
