Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Part-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, update and modify work schedules for Security Officers within Paladin Security.
* Work within a team-oriented environment to ensure all scheduling needs are met.
* Perform various administrative duties as needed.
* Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule.
* Coordinate with Client Service Managers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Ensure schedules are planned to eliminate unnecessary overtime.
* Provide information to staff regarding additional shifts, vacation requests, last-minute book-offs, and shift availability.
Requirements:
* Educational background or a commensurate program with complimentary experience.
* Experience in scheduling is preferred but not required.
* Ability to direct, mentor, and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
* Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Creative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeed.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation.
* Proficiency in MS Word, internet, and email, as well as skills in InTime Scheduling Engine, MS Excel, MS Office, and other standard computer applications.
