Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our real estate agents, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and making follow-up calls.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare real estate forms and documents, including listing materials and property listings.
  • Client Database Management: Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, manage a client database, and prepare reports.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Assist with marketing the company on social media and planning company events.
  • Transaction Support: Assist with closing processes, complete paperwork for real estate transactions, and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary degree
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience within the real estate industry
  • Skills: Microsoft Suite, Excel, and industry-specific software
