Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate team at Mahoon Law Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Provide administrative support to our real estate professionals, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
