Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mahoon Law Professional Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant - Real Estate, you will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for the real estate team.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Communication: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, and MS Excel.
  • Area of Work Experience: Real estate experience is an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large caseload.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

What We Offer: A permanent position with a 30 to 44 hour workweek, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.
