Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate team at Mahoon Law Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure seamless access to important documents.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and Proofreading: Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Language and Hours:

The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 to 44 hours per week.
