**About the Role**

The Sales Advisor is a critical position within our community, impacting the lives of residents and fostering meaningful connections. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the resident experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community marketing strategy to drive engagement and growth.
  • Coordinate promotional activities to showcase our community's unique offerings.
  • Manage all sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Deliver sales training to our Retirement Residence Team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to teach others.
  • Able to accommodate evening and weekend work.
  • Presentation of a professional image at all times and ability to represent/promote the community.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM.
  • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
