As a Sales Advisor at Aspira West Park Crossing Retirement Living, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our residents and fostering meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events to engage with residents and the wider community.
  • Lead sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Deliver sales training and coaching to the Retirement Residence Team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to teach others.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Professional image and ability to represent the residence.
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check.
