As a Sales Advisor at Aspira West Park Crossing Retirement Living, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our residents and contributing to the warmth of human connection within our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community marketing plans to drive sales growth and resident engagement.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events to showcase our community's unique features and amenities.
  • Lead sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring, and follow-up, to ensure seamless resident experiences.
  • Build and maintain key relationships within the community, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive intelligence, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver sales training to our Retirement Residence Team, empowering them to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to teach and mentor others.
  • Able to accommodate evening and weekend work, presenting a professional image at all times.
  • Good computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check.
