About the Role:

As a key member of our team at Accoravillage, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair HVAC equipment, including accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and provide customers with proper care and maintenance instructions.
  • Utilize the tools and resources provided to succeed in the role, including fully stocked trucks and ongoing skills training and professional development programs.
  • Participate in consistent work with a predictable and stable work schedule.
  • Contribute to an award-winning and diverse team culture that values inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Meet the requirements for a Gas Technician II license and hold a certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
  • Hold a valid Class G Driver's License and have at least 3-5 years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment.
  • Be willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including occasional lifting of 15 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, and working in various environments.
