About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair HVAC equipment, including water heaters and air conditioning units, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and provide clear instructions to customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering solutions and recommendations to meet their home comfort needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and offerings.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, with a strong background in HVAC technology.
  • A valid Gas Technician II license, as well as a certificate of qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
  • A valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card, and a Class G Driver's License.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
