About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Mr. Hans Freight Ltd. as a Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell products over established routes, assembling, installing, and setting up merchandise as needed.
  • Warehouse Operations: Prepare, package, and restock goods, loading and unloading goods as required.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement and Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
Work Environment

As a Delivery Driver at Mr. Hans Freight Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues daily. You will be required to work 32 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
