About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at G.P. Speedy Delivery Hotshot Service Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and Manage Reports: Prepare and manage reports on delivery performance, driver productivity, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Train and Develop Drivers: Provide training and development opportunities to our delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
  • Monitor and Operate Logistics Systems: Monitor and operate our logistics systems, including tracking and tracing, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and maintenance of our vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Requisition and Manage Supplies: Requisition and manage supplies, including fuel, maintenance, and other essential items, to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Work Setting: Supervision of 3-4 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, with excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • Personal Suitability: Team player, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
