Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to lead our team of delivery drivers at G.P. SPEEDY DELIVERY HOTSHOT SERVICE LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Prepare and review reports on delivery performance, including metrics on on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and driver productivity.
  • Train and develop delivery drivers to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to handle various delivery scenarios.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of delivery vehicles and equipment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support delivery operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a delivery or transportation industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
